We thought it would be beneficial to pass along some helpful hints on some of the better lighting we have seen. We've noticed that many hobbyists and even a few dealers are using regular cool or warm white fluorescent bulbs above their fish tanks. No matter how healthy the fish may be, this type of lighting doesn't make them look as attractive as they really are.. If this is true of your tank lighting, ask your dealer for fluorescent bulbs that will enhance the colors of your fresh water fish. They will look much brighter, and actually appear more active. |
